Description

ZycoBond Max is a nano acrylic co-polymer (70-90 nm primary particle size) for improved water resistance for concrete and cement plaster surfaces. ZycoBond Max when used in combination with ZycoSilMax seal and waterproofs siliceous construction materials. It provides excellent wetting and bonding to the water repellent surfaces and can achieve up to 17 N/mm2 bond strength. It provides flexible, reactive and water resistant polymer film for long life. FEATURES & BENEFITS UV stable & Economical. Reduces considerably permeability of water. Bonds strongly with ZycoSil Max treated concrete, plasters and cementitious surfaces. APPLICATION AREAS Horizontal Waterproofing: To be used in a ratio 1:1 (with water) wet-on-wet after ZycoSil Max treatment Vertical Waterproofing: To be used as part of Zycosil Max solution in ratio of 1:45:2 of ZycoSil Max : Water : ZycoBond Max COVERAGE Horizontal Concrete Surfaces : Approx. 24-40m² (260-430 ft²) 1 litre of ZycoBond Max diluted with 1 Ltr of water to overcoat the Zycosil Max treated surface. The coverage may vary depending upon permeability of the substrate and surface absorptivity. Vertical Surfaces (Concrete, Brick & Stone) : Approx. 60-100 m² (645-1075 ft²) per 2 litre of ZycoBond Max diluted in a 46 litre solution of 1 : 45 ZycoSil Max solution in potable water.
